Construction is expected to be completed by the end of May 2023 the delays could be and the pictures are the end product. Currently proposed construction and pictures will be posted of this house as construction is being completed the current pictures are of a finished home completed already from the builder with the same floor plan. Very nice Kitchen with lots of cabinets and open floor plan from the Dining room into the Living Room. Upgraded features include LVP flooring, Architectural Shingles, Insulated Doors, & Insulated Windows.. The Master Suite has a walk-in shower and a nice Walk-in Closet. The Laundry Room is off the Bedrooms for convenient access to the washer and dryer. There are no incentives or closing cost offered by the Builder. LVP flooring is an upgrade in the Living Room and Hall, Formica Countertops are an Upgrade to be paid to the builder. Bringing a contract early and you can pick out most everything that is left. Any and all upgrade are to be paid upfront and will be considered non refundable once ordered by the builder.
