New A/C units, along with a new furnace and water heater, the thermostats are also smart to make it easier to control the temperature. The owner put a lot of time and care into this home, he had to move out due to work and then the home was used as a short-term rental for just over a year. Now the home is ready to welcome a new family where they'll not have to touch or worry about any renovations for a long time.
